湖南中啟制藥有限公司成立于2004年，固定資產(chǎn)2100萬(wàn)元，占地60畝, 所有的廠房、生產(chǎn)線工程由湖南化工醫(yī)藥設(shè)計(jì)院設(shè)計(jì)并經(jīng)專家評(píng)審。
Hunan Zhongqi Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2004, with fixed assets of 21 million RMB and had an area about 39666 square meters . All plants and production lines projects were designed by Hunan Chemical and Pharmaceutical Design Institute and evaluated by experts.The condition of circumference of the factory is as follows design drawings .
廠區(qū)人流與物流入口靠廠區(qū)南側(cè)，裸露土地均種植草皮，無(wú)塵土飛揚(yáng)。廠區(qū)南面一樓是行政辦公大樓、二樓是質(zhì)檢化驗(yàn)樓，北面是公司綜合倉(cāng)庫(kù)、化工倉(cāng)庫(kù).廠區(qū)總用地面積34040㎡。建筑面積9429.4㎡，其中酊劑車間983㎡（包括前處理），原料藥車間（合成二、合成三、精制二）3156㎡，綜合倉(cāng)庫(kù)1189㎡,辦公質(zhì)檢1863㎡。

2006年11月份，環(huán)磷腺苷原料藥車間通過(guò)GMP認(rèn)證（證書(shū)編號(hào)：湘H0168）；
2011年10月，環(huán)磷腺苷原料藥車間通過(guò)了GMP延期認(rèn)證申請(qǐng)的檢查（延期認(rèn)證批件號(hào)：湘延2011012）。
2016年01月26日環(huán)磷腺苷原料藥車間獲得新版GMP證書(shū)（證書(shū)編號(hào)：HN20160171)；
2016年10月，原料藥（二丁酰環(huán)磷腺苷鈣、炎琥寧）通過(guò)了新版GMP認(rèn)證情況（證書(shū)編號(hào)：HN20160171 ）；

In October 2016, the Pharmaceutical raw materials Workshops (calcium dibutyryl cyclophosphate adenosine，and Potassium Sodium Dehydroandrographolide Succinate) Passed new edition GMP certification(certificate number: HN20170241).
